    The Baden-Württemberg Support Portal is a ticketing system for several services of the state of Baden Württemberg like bwCloud and bwHPC.

    Everything needed to start with the ticket system you'll find in the Zammad user documentation: 

    A new ticket can be created by clicking on the "+"-Symbol in the bottom left:



    Navigate the support groups by using the arrows or use the search bar:


    Choose a specific support group:
